Where can I learn about basic finance concepts?
I have the book "Options, Futures, and Other Derivatives" by John C. Hull, and I have "Market Know How: Finance and Markets" by Francesca Taylor, but they both seem to assume some basic knowledge, and it’s hard to follow what they’re talking about. They throw around terms like options, securities, futures, bonds, equity, stocks, stock market, derivatives, etc., and I don’t know anything about any of these things.
I then went out and bought "Economics for Dummies" hoping that it would give me a basic understanding I would need in order to read my other two books, but it seems to be about a completely different set of concepts.
Can anyone suggest an introductory book that explains the basics?

Penny Stock Ideas for Beginners
www.PennyStockPro.info – The Stock Market is a melting pot of human emotion. Fear, Greed, Envy; You’ll find it all. For those of you just starting out in Penny Stocks, you have to understand that this market is not like the NASDAQ or the NYSE. This market works on manipulation and hype. You have to realize that good fundamentals can be hard to come by simply because they do not exist, or that technicals can be manipulated by Market Makers wishing to sell you a stock. Also know that many Stock Promoters are paid to pump a stock and drive momentum, thereby increasing the price per share, just in time for a company to pull a reverse split and dilute the float leaving you broke! This is why you must be careful and do your own due diligence when playing this game. When played correctly it can make you rich! Played poorly will send you packing. One of the more popular tactics for playing penny stocks is the momentum game. This is the game we play, this is how we control the playing field and keep the market makers from ripping us off!!! We get in and get during the run up.. ….If you are new to penny stocks you are better off investing in a team of experts who know how to pick, promote and drive the price of a stock up so you can get in and out with a profit before the stock tanks! It’s a dog eat dog world here in penny land. Be smart, get on this email list while you learn the ropes, that way you don’t go broke in the mean time….

How would i get in contact with a polymer clay wholesaler? And what would i say?
I want to start my own business on eBay. I have an idea, but i don’t have the stock… lol
there is a lady on ebay and her store is called morezmore, i don’t want to go out and say can i have the number to your supplier. so does anyone have an idea of how to contact a supplier, like what to say to them, and perhaps a program to teach you how to make a business from scratch in college or something. *scratches head*
Additional Details
i understand the basics of wholesaling
i KNOW you buy a large quantity- that’s exactly what i want.
Yes i know that college would not be a super helpful source for info but it would help me with my bookkeeping, i am very unorganized.
i was asking as far as a business class or something like what area to study in.
Morezmore has made countless tutorials for dummies on how to sell package and ship your product, and i had majored in graphic design for 4 years before my father died i know how to market my product.
I just don’t have a WHOLESALE supplier!
I looked on the web but when you type in "wholesale supplier" it’s quite difficult to just FIND one especially when there dealing in polymer clay.
Real newb question on day trading…?
So when selling penny stocks, if you have a sell offer say for 30M of XXXX stock at $.0002, market, and the average daily volume of the stock is 50k, if I want to sell all 30M of my stock I need somone willing to buy at my price correct?
I mean I cant sell 30M shares of this stock unless the daily volume/demand is out there correct? I just cant sell them at the $.0002 price and unload them all, if noone is buying up the stock correct?
Also any online "day trading for dummies" sites that are good for newb’s?
